Founded in 2018 by Mimidoo Cynthia Usar-Iyorkaa, Mimi’s Tastee Food Hub & Bakehouse LTD has steadily evolved into a respected and trusted name in culinary excellence. What began as a passion-driven venture quickly transformed into a thriving brand, marked by dedication, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Between 2018 and 2022, the company successfully operated two walk-in restaurants, serving a wide variety of freshly prepared meals and baked goods to a growing and loyal customer base. These restaurants became known not just for their delicious offerings, but for the warm, memorable experiences they provided—where every dish was crafted with care and every customer was treated like family.
